Starting in 2023, it plans to launch a series of new generation millimeter wave radar products, including four-corner radar, satellite radar, etc., covering innovations in ranging range, resolution and other aspects. Among them, 4D radar, forward radar and other products will be released one after another from 2023 to 2027.


R&D, validation and manufacturing capabilities

Desai has a strong R&D team located in Shenzhen, Nanjing, Germany, Singapore, Huizhou, Guangzhou, Chengdu and other places. R&D investment accounts for more than 10% of operating income. It has more than 80 masters and Ph.D. personnel and more than 300 radar R&D personnel to solve key technical problems in the field of millimeter wave radar, covering algorithm design, hardware design, system solutions and platform design, etc. aspects. By studying the angle high-resolution algorithm of neural networks, high-resolution recognition of close-range targets is achieved. In addition, the company has also achieved remarkable results in research on bumpers and paint coatings, and the exploration of SAR imaging in low-speed parking.

A multi-scenario autonomous driving test site has been built and put into use, including highways, parking lots, tunnels and other scenarios. At the same time, it has advanced testing and verification capabilities, covering laboratories that meet the standards of many mainstream car manufacturers, and has a large number of testing technology patents.

The smart factory in Huizhou has a total production capacity of 45 million units, including 3 millimeter wave radar production lines, with a production capacity of more than 2 million units/year.
