1. The design should be carried out in a certain order, for example, from left to right and from top to bottom.

2. The wiring line width should be narrow and the line spacing should be moderate. The spacing between the two pads of the capacitor should be consistent with the spacing of the capacitor lead pins as much as possible;

5. Wiring direction:

From the welding surface, the arrangement of the components should be consistent with the schematic diagram as much as possible, and the wiring direction should be consistent with the wiring direction of the circuit diagram. Since various parameters are usually tested on the welding surface during the production process, this is convenient for production. Inspection, debugging and maintenance (Note: This refers to the premise of meeting the circuit performance, complete machine installation and panel layout requirements).

6. Under the premise of ensuring the circuit performance requirements, the wiring should be reasonable during design, use less external jumpers, and follow certain charging requirements, and strive to be intuitive and easy to install, height and maintenance.

7. The arrangement and distribution of each component must be reasonable and even, and strive to be neat, beautiful, and strictly structured.

8. Arrangement direction of incoming and outgoing terminals

(1) The distance between the two associated lead ends should not be too large, generally about 2-3/10 inches is more suitable.

(2) The incoming and outgoing wire ends should be concentrated on 1 to 2 sides as much as possible, and should not be too discrete.

9. Potentiometer: IC holder placement principles

(1) Potentiometer: It is used in the voltage regulator to adjust the output voltage. Therefore, the design potentiometer should be designed to increase the output voltage when adjusting clockwise when full, and decrease when adjusting counterclockwise; in an adjustable constant current charger The potentiometer is used to adjust the charging current. When designing the potentiometer, it should be adjusted clockwise to increase the current. The position of the potentiometer should meet the requirements of the structural installation of the whole machine and the layout of the panel. Therefore, it should be placed on the edge of the board as much as possible, with the rotating handle facing outward.

(2) IC holder: When designing the printed board diagram, when using the IC holder, special attention must be paid to whether the positioning groove on the IC holder is placed in the correct direction, and whether the position of each IC pin is correct. For example, the first pin can only be It is located on the lower right corner or upper left corner of the IC base, and is close to the positioning groove (viewed from the soldering surface).

10. The placement direction of resistors and diodes in PCB layout:

PCB design is divided into two types: horizontal and vertical:

(1) Flat placement: When the number of circuit components is small and the size of the circuit board is large, it is generally better to lay it flat; for resistors below 1/4W, when the resistor is placed flat, the distance between the two pads is average. When the 1/2W resistor is placed flat, the distance between the two pads is generally 5/10 inches; when the diode is placed flat, the distance between the 1N400X series rectifier tubes is generally 3/10 inches; the 1N540X series rectifier tubes are generally 3/10 inches. Take 4-5/10 inches.

(2) Vertical placement: When the number of circuit components is large and the size of the circuit board is not large, vertical placement is generally used in PCB design. When placed vertically, the distance between the two pads is generally 1-2/10. inch.
